Class includes seated and standing hip openers (including bird of paradise), wave-like motions through whole-body flows, smooth and strengthening transitions (including floating and hopping transitions), active backbends, and integrated mudra and breathwork practices.

Feel the earth underneath you as you move through this empowering and heartfelt practice.
